The last ball joints your Ram needs

Synergy spent years and hundreds of thousands of test miles on these ball joints. The lower joints are adjustable and rebuildable in place, so you can set preload and replace wear parts without ever pressing the joints back out of the axle C's.

Synergy machines the lower bearing faces from 4140, then heat treats, induction hardens and nitrocarburizes them for wear life. With no nylon liner, the greaseable metal-on-metal bearing area is much larger than stock, and an oversized heat-treated 4140 stud and thick NBR boots finish the job.

Non-knurled joints are Synergy's pick for standard-size bores, whether the old joints were knurled or not. Synergy says the wrong style for your housing can cause steering trouble and voids the warranty, so check the bores first.

• Ram built the 2013 3500 two ways; if your truck has radius arms up front, use the Synergy 2014+ parts instead.
• Rebuild kit 4123-100 and individual parts are sold separately.
