Shipping & Returns

An RMA (Return Authorization Number) is required and must be written on the outside shipping carton. Email us at returns@powertechdiesel.com with the following information to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions:

• Original powertechdiesel.com order number
• If you would like credit or exchange
• Was the product installed or attempted to be installed?
• Product Part Number(s) for Exchange/Return
• Why you want to return the product, please describe in detail
• If exchanging, please specify the replacement part you would like sent
• Any comments you have

We will then email you back with the RMA number.

Please note:

• A restocking fee of 15% + the cost of the orignial shipping applies to all returns.
• A restocking fee of 20% + the cost of the orignial shipping will apply for open box items.
• We do not cover return shipping (exceptions include if we ship the wrong part).
• All warranty work is handled by the manufacturer.

• Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
• Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
• Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
• Returnable items must be received by powertechdiesel.com within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by carrier tracking)
• Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
• Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
• Fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.

• Items over 30 days from purchase date
• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
• Off-Road electronics or custom tunes, unlocks or supporting hardware classified as "off-road" or "race"
• Product is deemed not resell able by powertechdiesel.com due to customers own actions in dealing with the product

All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from powertechdiesel.com. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.

Shipments refused or unwanted by you the customer and returned back to powertechdiesel.com will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

• All products shipped via LTL Truck Freight will require flat rate shipping fees during the checkout process or shipping fees processed manually by a powertechdiesel.com representative. All flat rate fees are valid only in the Continental United States (Lower 48), orders shipping outside the USA or to Hawaii or Alaska will use these shipping charges as a deposit and any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser before the items will ship. • Signatures are required for all truck freight items. powertechdiesel.com will not be responsible should an adult not be present during delivery attempts and will not be responsible for any additional fees that may be applied for failed delivery attempts by the shipping agency.
• Typical truck freight items do not qualify for our free shipping offer and charges will be stated on the product page and during checkout for fees relating to delivery only within the lower 48 United States.

Carriers & free ground
Most qualifying orders over $150 ship standard ground at no charge within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We ship with UPS or FedEx (or another major carrier when needed). We select the carrier based on warehouse location, package size, and best available transit—so your tracking may show UPS or FedEx. Overweight, oversized, special-order, or freight items may incur additional charges; we’ll contact you if rates differ from checkout.

When will it arrive?
After your order is processed, most standard ground shipments to the lower 48 arrive in about 2–5 business days in transit, and many customers see delivery in 2–3 business days depending on origin and destination. Processing typically begins the next business day and is usually completed within about 24 hours for items available to ship (special orders and manufacturer-direct items can take longer). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays, and holidays can add time.

Where it ships from
Many items ship from partner warehouses and suppliers across the U.S. (and sometimes Canada), not only from our Idaho Falls shop. Items on the same order may ship separately and can arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking when each package ships.

All orders must have a matching shipping and billing address. Those orders that do not must be verified in an alternative way or the customer must provide proof of identification. All orders will ship only with the approval of the powertechdiesel.com staff and/or management.

International shipments are those made outside the lower 48 United States. International shipments are subject to shipping quotes and approval from the customer of the shipping amount before we will ship the product. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund for shipments not covered in our normally serviced area. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees for International shipments. Any uncollected fees will be charged to the customer and cannot be refunded. As our customer, you agree to this policy by purchasing with powertechdiesel.com.

• We allow ourselves 24 hours to process orders starting the following business day from when the order is placed. Most items leave from our product warehousing locations across the United States and Canada.
• Some items are special order or come directly from the manufacturer. Delays in processing times or shipping can occur for these items. Your patience is appreciated.
• Periodically, a part may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable that is listed on our website due to changes or production issues by the Manufacturer. We make every attempt to maintain current information and stock levels, but are not responsible for any manufacturing delays.

powertechdiesel.com does not manufacture any of the products they carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer.
