Description
A quiet joint that never needs grease
A Synergy Dual Durometer Bushing pairs a soft outer layer, which cushions and flexes, with a hard inner lining that lets the free-floating sleeve turn without binding. An internal ring keeps the two apart so the sleeve does not gap at full flex, and the bushing needs no grease.
This one comes in a forged 1045 steel housing treated against corrosion and is self-centering with 30 degrees of misalignment. It is the lower control arm joint used on the Synergy Ram lower arms 8551-02, 8551-03, 8583-02, 8583-03 and 8583-04.
