Steering made for the radius-arm Ram

Synergy designed this kit around the radius-arm Ram HD chassis. It replaces both the stock drag link and tie rod, bolts into the factory mounts, reuses no factory steering parts and has no wheel requirements, so it works on a stock truck with stock wheels and tires.

The tie rod is 1.75 in. x .188 wall seamless chromoly, formed and then heat treated, and Synergy rates it over 40 percent stronger than stock. The drag link is 1.50 in. x .250 wall DOM with on-truck length adjustment. Greaseable metal-on-metal ends carry an oversized 1 in. shank, a single-plane end at the pitman arm stops drag link flop, and low-misalignment boots remove the dead spot common to hydro-assist setups. A stabilizer bracket moves your stabilizer onto the new tie rod.
