Synergy builds these ends for its own heavy-duty Ram steering. A forged 1018 steel housing holds a fully greaseable sintered metal-on-metal bushing, with grease grooves cut into the induction-hardened ball for better lubrication.
A spring-loaded bearing keeps the joint tight as it wears, and the 4140 steel stud has a larger shank that does not neck down at the base, so there is no stress riser to start a crack.
This 4133-L is the pitman-arm end of the Synergy 2000-2002 and 2003-2013 Ram drag links (8567-12, 8567-11).
