2003-2007 5.9L Cummins Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit

Three upgrades in one kit

Wehrli's Stage 2 bundle packages three of its 5.9L Cummins parts: the 4 in. air intake (WCF100346), the 3 in. passenger hot side intercooler pipe (WCF100544), and the driver-side 3.5 in. cold pipe paired with a 3.5 in. intake horn (WCF100528).

They are made in the USA from mandrel-bent 14 ga tube and CNC-machined billet parts to replace aging, leak-prone factory pieces. Wehrli says the cold side upgrade flows 60% better than stock, helping spool, throttle response and exhaust temperatures. The kit works with stock or drop-in Holset turbos and OEM-style intercoolers.

Fitment notes

• Fits 2003-2007 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins.
• Keeps the factory dipstick location and wire harness routing.
• On 2003-2004 trucks the plastic throttle-body cover has to be trimmed to clear the larger horn.
• California: Wehrli does not ship this part to California.
