2006-2010 LBZ/LMM Duramax Top Outlet Billet Thermostat Housing and Upper Coolant Pipe Kit for DUAL CP3

Clear the driver side of the engine

This kit replaces the factory upper radiator hose that runs across the driver-side valve cover, along with the coolant return pipe. Coolant is routed up and forward from a CNC-machined billet thermostat housing instead.

That frees access to driver-side fuel system parts, makes room for larger aftermarket turbos and tidies the engine bay. It works with factory VGT turbos and is required for race-cover or SXE turbos mounted in the valley.

Who it's for

LBZ/LMM owners adding a larger turbo or wanting easier access to the fuel system, on trucks with a Wehrli dual CP3 or dual alternators.

Fitment notes

• Fits 2006-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and 2007.5-2010 GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD with the 6.6L LBZ or LMM Duramax.
• Not compatible with 2006-2007 GMC Sierra (lower hood).
• Will not work with PPE dual fueler kits.
• Replaces GM part numbers 19330105, 15792824, 25833204 and 97361881.
