2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax 3" Passenger (Cold) Side Intercooler Pipe Kit

More flow on the LLY cold side

This Wehrli pipe takes the place of the 2.5 in. factory passenger (cold) side pipe on the 2004.5-2005 LLY with a one-piece 3 in. pipe, mandrel bent from 14 ga aluminum. Wehrli says it flows 56% better than stock.

Silicone boots with stainless T-bolt clamps replace the factory clip ring and hold more boost without leaking. The boot runs straight onto the intercooler rather than at the factory angle, and the pipe works with the factory Y-bridge / crossover pipe.

Wehrli says the better flow between the turbo and engine helps efficiency, throttle response and spool, and the design removes weak points that can leak or fail on hard-working trucks. It fits stock trucks with no other changes or tuning and installs with basic hand tools.
