Keep the heat in the turbo
This blanket wraps the factory-style variable geometry (VGT) turbo exhaust housing on 2017-2026 L5P trucks. It installs easily, holds heat inside the housing and lowers underhood temperatures.
Inside, ceramic insulation rated for more than 2,500°F of direct heat sits behind a wire mesh layer that resists wear from engine vibration, and a tough high-temperature shell with stainless rivets covers the raw housing. Wehrli makes them by hand in the USA.
