AirDog I FP-4G 100 GPH lift pump

AirDog makes this AirDog I FP-4G 100 GPH lift pump kit to fit 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins trucks. The AirDog FP-4G separates air and vapor from the fuel and routes it back to the tank, so the injection pump sees solid, bubble-free fuel.

It bolts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich-plate mount. On the suction side it ties into the factory line or fitting at the frame rail. Pressurized fuel goes to the injection pump, skipping the factory filter housing. Air and vapor pulled out of the fuel return by way of a tee fitted in the filler neck.
