PureFlow AirDog II-5G 94-00 Chevrolet 6.5L Diesel DF-100-5G Fuel Air Separation System

AirDog II-5G 100 GPH lift pump

AirDog makes this AirDog II-5G 100 GPH lift pump kit to fit 1992-2000 Chevy Diesel trucks. The AirDog II-5G pulls air and vapor out of the fuel before it reaches the engine, and sends that air back to the tank on its own return line.

It bolts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich-plate mount. On the suction side it ties into the factory line or fitting at the frame rail. Pressurized fuel goes to the injection pump. Air and vapor pulled out of the fuel return by way of a tee fitted in the filler neck.

Who it's for

Diesel owners who want steady fuel pressure and cleaner fuel for the 1992-2000 Chevy Diesel.
