If your original setup has been upgraded or completely replaced with a newer Brose-style motor (which uses a different bolt pattern and clocking position), this linkage arm will not line up with the motor gear.if your motor housing is completely smooth and round (Siemens) or if it has a flanged more square plastic casing (Brose)
