SPE Disaster Prevention 2.0 kit, 2015-2016 6.7L

On the 6.7L Power Stroke, the CP4 pump feeds its metering valve (MPROP) from its own crankcase. If the pump starts coming apart, that debris goes straight to the pump heads and injectors. SPE’s Gen 2 kit changes the routing so the MPROP is fed clean, filtered fuel instead. That keeps a failure contained to the pump.

The kit also adds the ExoFilter, a washable 20 micron return-side filter under a clear lid, with a sensor wired to the factory harness that warns you if it clogs. It uses factory-style nylon push-on lines, hard lines and O-ringed connections, with no cutting or rubber hose. It is black anodized 6061 billet and can be removed later.
