Shocks control how the truck reacts to every bump, and the factory units are small for a heavy-duty 4x4 — especially once it's lifted. This Carli front and rear shock package is valved for 2005–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 4x4 for a 4.5″ / 5.5″ lift, so the ride stays controlled at the new height.
