Freedom Series Duramax Cylinder Head for 2006-2010 LBZ/LMM (Driver Side) Fleece Performance

A fresh Duramax head

Fleece builds its Freedom Series Duramax heads in its own engine shop to meet or beat factory specs. Each one starts as a new casting and is inspected and pressure and leak tested, with new valve guides, springs and valve seals.

They keep stock-size valves, precision ground at a 45-degree angle, plus a multi-angle valve job. That makes them a good fit for a daily driver or a tow rig.

Owners of 2006-2010 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 with the LBZ or LMM Duramax (2007 classic-body LBZ and 2007.5 new-body LMM included) who need a replacement cylinder head.

• This is the driver side head; the other side is sold separately.
• Head gasket not included; Fleece recommends GM 12637788 (Grade C, right) and GM 12637785 (Grade C, left).
