Intake and Grid Heater Upgrade Kit Fleece Performance

Fix the grid heater weak spot

Fleece built this intake horn and heater kit to address the OE grid heater, whose nut can fail and damage the engine. A cast aluminum, factory-look intake horn and high-flow intake plate swap the OE-style grid heater for a tough coil heating element, while lowering intake restriction for better airflow and throttle response.

The kit lets you reuse the OE high-pressure fuel lines and comes with every gasket and piece of hardware for pickup and cab and chassis trucks, in clearly labeled hardware kits. An optional second heater for trucks that see long stretches below 23°F (-5°C) gives cold starts down to -35°C, per Fleece.
