PowerFlo Lift Pump and Fuel System Upgrade kit for 2011-2016 Ford Power Stroke (Long Bed) Fleece Performance

Move the lift pump into the tank

This kit swaps the factory in-tank sending unit for Fleece's PowerFlo lift pump, and swaps the factory frame-rail pump and filter assembly for a new filter base with a Donaldson filter that bolts into the OE filter location.

The PowerFlo runs two quiet gerotor pumps for more flow, supporting up to 800 hp per Fleece. Its active fill bucket does away with tank sumps, draw straws and the low-fuel pickup trouble that bigger pumps can bring. It's plug and play, with no cutting, splicing or changes to the factory fuel lines, harness or tank, and it keeps the factory water-in-fuel sensor and diagnostics.

• This is the long bed version.
• Fleece confirms fit with Titan and S&B aftermarket tanks, and has tested it on trucks with the S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion and CP4 Disaster Prevention kits.
• Fleece also offers a matching under-hood filter base, FPE-FMC-UHFA-1123, plus an optional FPE-FH-FMC fuel heater.
