SS centerlink upgrade (3/4 in. thread)

This upgrade replaces the factory centerlink on early GM HD trucks that already run Kryptonite tie rods. KR10SSU34 is the 3/4 in. thread version for older Kryptonite tie rods (sold before 2018 per Kryptonite). Includes the inner tie rods needed to integrate.
