2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax 4" Intake Kit with Air Box Stage 2

Stage 2 airflow for the LLY

This Wehrli kit replaces the restrictive plastic factory intake tube and air box on the 2004.5-2005 LLY with a fabricated aluminum tube, an aluminum air box and a dry filter. It pulls cooler air through the inner fender, and the 4 in. tube with smooth bends raises intake air speed and volume.

It also includes Wehrli's 4.8 in. cast aluminum inlet horn, which Wehrli calls the largest on the market. The horn removes a factory restriction to help spool and top-end power, drops the factory resonator for a cleaner look and stronger turbo sound, and works with stock or drop-in VGT turbos.
