FASS Titanium Signature Series 140 GPH fuel system

The FASS Titanium Signature Series is a frame-mounted lift pump with built-in filtration, sized here at 140 GPH for 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 7.3L and 6.0L Power Stroke. It feeds the engine's injection pump with fuel that has already been filtered, dewatered and stripped of air.

Per FASS, the system filters to 2 microns absolute with microglass media, removes more than 99% of water (FASS cites third-party testing), and pulls entrained air and vapor out of the fuel with FASS’s patented separation process.

Fuel the engine doesn’t use goes back to the tank through the filters, so the whole tank keeps getting cleaned as you drive. FASS calls this Mass Flow Return.

FASS recommends the 140 GPH size for stock up to about 700 hp. FASS rates its flow on diesel at operating pressure.
