Everything in the Essential reman foundation, plus:

• ARP head studs with Tier 1 MLS head gaskets
• Upgraded L5P oil cooler
• Pinned oil pump
• Rocker assemblies, valve covers, and intake manifold included
• Harmonic balancer, flywheel/flex plate, and related hardware included
• In-house RMC ETS testing including oil-pump pressure and volume, compression, and cooling-system checks

Fitment

2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6.6L LML Duramax only. Always verify VIN, engine code, and vehicle configuration with D&J before ordering. Estimated install time ~19 hours per D&J.

Core, freight, and warranty

Core charge is $3,000 (D&J core terms apply). D&J lists continental U.S. flat-rate freight at $450 for long blocks (informational — final freight quoted at purchase). Warranty per D&J launch sheets: 24 months / 100,000 miles parts and 24 months labor; registration, install requirements, and exclusions apply.
