ATS Pulse Flow exhaust manifold

The ATS Pulse Flow is a two-piece exhaust manifold for the 5.9L common-rail Cummins. It is made from D3 HSM material, which ATS says will not crack the way the stock gray-iron manifold does.

This kit uses the T3 turbo flange and is non-wastegated. The patented ball-flange joint lets the two halves move with heat, and the finish is black ceramic coat.

ATS lists the Pulse Flow manifold as California E.O. certified.
