H&S Motorsports Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit Ford Super Duty Powerstroke 6.7L 2011-2016

The factory plastic cold side intercooler pipe on the 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke is a known failure point that can crack or burst under heat and boost. This H&S Motorsports kit replaces it with a high-quality bead-rolled metal pipe. Direct OEM replacement – aftermarket ECM tuning is not required.

Because the OEM pipe snaps onto the factory air intake valve rather than using a traditional clamp, the kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum throttle body adapter that snaps into the OEM location. All brackets, clamps and hardware required for a quick, easy installation are included.

Intercooler Kit Contains:

• 1 - 90 degree silicone boot
