Aero Turbine AT5050 muffler

The Aero Turbine 5050 is a performance muffler with 5.0 in. inlet and outlet necks, built for high-output diesel exhaust.

Inside the body, Aero uses its patented airfoil cone. Exhaust gas expands as it enters, splits into an inner and an outer stream, spins up, and then rejoins. Aero says that recombining step quiets the tone while keeping flow high, so the turbo spool still comes through.

There is no packing material inside to burn out or hold moisture, and the whole muffler is fully welded 304 stainless with a hand-polished finish and stamped Aero logo.

Aero notes the 5050 is a good match for Duramax and Power Stroke trucks.
