2003-2007 5.9L Cummins 3" Passenger (Hot) Side Replacement Intercooler Pipe Kit

A hot side pipe that holds boost

This 3 in. passenger (hot) side pipe is mandrel bent from heavy-duty aluminum for 2003-2007 5.9L Ram 2500 / 3500 trucks. It works with the factory intercooler and with the factory or a drop-in Holset HE351 style turbo.

Silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps stop the boost leaks common on aging factory parts and when boost is raised above stock. It fits stock trucks with no other changes or tuning.

Wehrli suggests pairing it with its 3.5 in. intake horn and driver (cold) side pipe, WCF100528, for more airflow, quicker spool, sharper throttle response and lower EGTs.
