2006-2010 LBZ/LMM Duramax Passenger Side Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit

A stronger intercooler outlet

Wehrli replaces the plastic factory intercooler outlet piece on the LBZ and LMM with a fabricated 3.5 in. elbow in 14 ga aluminum.

A CNC-machined billet flange with twin O-rings seals the joint, a new wire clip ring is supplied, and a heavy-duty 3.5 x 3 in. silicone reducer boot with stainless T-bolt clamps handles more boost than the factory parts.

Wehrli designed it for trucks with aftermarket or custom high-flow piping and turbo kits, where higher boost can break the aging plastic factory outlet.

Fitment notes

• Does not work with the factory passenger (cold) side intercooler pipe.
• CSF aftermarket intercoolers need the outlet lip modified or ground for installation.
