2001-2010 GM 2500/3500 HD Lower Splash Shield Kit

Aluminum where the plastic cracks

The factory plastic cover under the engine bay and cooling stack on 2001-2010 GM HD trucks cracks and breaks easily. Wehrli replaces it with a heavy-gauge aluminum shield that covers more area and looks clean from below.

It bolts to the factory mounting points, has built-in standoffs for the frame mounts, includes brackets to support the lower radiator hose, and comes with new flanged mounting hardware. It installs with basic hand tools and is made in the USA.

• This is a lower front cover, not a skid plate: it is not built for hard hits from trail obstacles.
