AirDog II-5G 100 GPH lift pump

AirDog makes this AirDog II-5G 100 GPH lift pump kit to fit 1998.5-2004 Dodge Cummins WITH In-Tank Fuel Pump 100GPH trucks. The AirDog II-5G pulls air and vapor out of the fuel before it reaches the engine, and sends that air back to the tank on its own return line.

It bolts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich-plate mount. A fuel module upgrade kit goes into the factory fuel basket and draws through a factory-style 1/2 in. bulkhead fitting, so the in-tank pump is no longer in the path. Pressurized fuel goes to the side of the injection pump, skipping the factory filter housing. Air and vapor pulled out of the fuel return by way of the stock 3/8 in. line, which becomes the return after the module change.
