2019-2025 Ram 2500 4X4 Diesel 2.5in Pathfinder Leveling System

Why this kit

A Ram 2500 diesel sits nose-down from the factory, and the stock shocks are small for a truck this heavy. Carli's Pathfinder leveling system raises the front 2.5″ to level the truck and adds big Carli-SPEC 2.5″ remote-reservoir shocks for a calmer, better-controlled ride. It does this without lowering payload or towing capacity.

Who it's for & where it sits in the Carli lineup

Pathfinder is Carli's Carli-SPEC 2.5″ tier, between Backcountry (2.0″ remote reservoir) and Pintop (King 2.5″). It's built for owners who mostly drive on-road and want a plush ride with mild-to-moderate off-road ability and only a small lift. Carli notes this leveling system cannot be upgraded into its other Ram systems later, so choose your tier up front.

Key specs (per Carli)

The Carli-SPEC 2.5 shocks have about 55% more piston area than a 2.0″ shock, which helps them shed heat and go longer between rebuilds. They have hard-anodized aluminum bodies and black-anodized billet parts.

• Carli Torsion Sway Bar — Carli calls it a big ride-quality upgrade.
• Radius arm drop brackets — not in the base kit. Without them, Carli has you max out the factory caster adjustment, and the front coils may show a slight bow.
• Low-mount and high-mount steering stabilizers, fabricated radius arms, extended rear track bar and other Carli Ram components.

Fitment notes

• Fits 2019–2025 Ram 2500 4×4 with the 6.7L Cummins diesel, per Carli's product page.
• Not for trucks with rear auto-level air suspension. Carli sells a separate air-suspension leveling kit for those trucks.
• Ram 3500 uses a different Carli leveling system.
• Steering: the adjustable track bar re-centers the front axle at the new ride height and includes a stabilizer bracket.
• Cab / bed: Carli lists no cab or bed limits for this kit.
