This is BD's stock-replacement exchange HE351 for the 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins. BD remanufactures OEM turbochargers in-house, with CNC and manual lathes, VSR high-speed balancing and precision grinding and measuring equipment.
It is a stock-spec replacement, not a power upgrade, meant to put the truck back to factory performance.
