Description
Fix 6.4L exhaust leaks for good
Factory 6.4L up-pipes tend to fail with age and heat cycling, which brings exhaust leaks, slower spool, more noise and soot. BD's up-pipes are larger-diameter, mandrel-bent 304 stainless with internally shielded expansion bellows, built to keep restriction to the turbo low.
The manifolds are cast from 0.25 in thick-wall high-silicon ductile iron to resist cracking at high exhaust temperatures. It also makes sense to fit this kit while the turbo or other engine or transmission work already has the truck apart.
