Why a Ready Run engine
A Ready Run is the most complete engine D&J Precision Machine (BD's engine shop) builds for the 6.7L Cummins. It starts as a Precision Plus remanufactured long block, then BD bolts on the high-pressure fuel system (CP3 pump through the injectors), an exhaust manifold, a fully remanufactured turbo with the actuator pre-programmed for drop-in use, a new water pump and a valve cover.
The idea is fewer parts to chase during a swap: the engine arrives with the fuel system, turbo and accessories already matched to it.
