Screamer Turbo Manifold Package 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins BD Diesel

Turbo and manifold, matched

This package pairs a drop-in Screamer turbo with a BD pulse exhaust manifold for the 2019-2024 6.7L Cummins. The turbo uses a larger Ballistic Billet compressor wheel and BD's Low MOI QST turbine wheel for quicker response, lower backpressure and more turbine flow; BD rates it for up to 690 hp with supporting modifications.

The manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron with precision slip joints, so it can grow and shrink with heat instead of cracking. Both parts go in the stock locations.

Fitment notes

• Fits 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 pickups with the 6.7L Cummins. Pickup models only (BD will not accept cab and chassis cores).
• Not for sale for use on California-licensed vehicles (per BD).
• Move the speed sensor over from your original turbo; it is not included.
• BD caution: some tunes limit vane opening, which can raise drive pressure and overspeed the turbo; that kind of failure is not covered by warranty.
