Add a second CP3, cleanly

Fleece's dual pump hardware kit for the 5.9L common-rail Cummins has the parts for a clean, simple install of a second CP3. The second pump mounts low on the front cover, so it doesn't have to come off when the cylinder head is removed or replaced.

A Fleece pump-to-pump line keeps the plumbing tidy, and you don't have to remove or remote-mount the fuel rail pressure sensor. Fleece suggests building out the setup with its CP3 pumps, billet pulleys, distribution blocks and hose kits.

Fitment notes

• Fits 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L Cummins (per Fleece).
• The top (second) pump must be a 6.7L CP3.
• Works only with a stock 5.9L CP3 in the lower spot. If the lower pump is a 6.7L CP3 or Fleece FPE-CUMM-CP3K-5.9, use the 6.7L kit, FPE-DPK-67-0709.
• On 2003-2004 trucks the APPS must be relocated, and the kit has no parts for that.
• Depending on your setup, the factory intake horn may need modification for clearance; aftermarket horns usually clear better.
