More air for the LB7
This Wehrli kit replaces the restrictive plastic factory intake tube and air box on the 2001-2004 LB7 with a fabricated 14 ga aluminum tube, a 10 ga aluminum air box and a dry filter.
It pulls cooler air in through the inner fender, and the 4 in. tube with smooth bends raises intake air speed and volume. Wehrli says that means more horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, cooler intake temperatures and a stronger turbo sound.
The air box lid comes off for an easy look at the filter, and the water-shedding pre-filter helps keep dirt away from the MAF sensor, turbo and engine.
It replaces GM part numbers 19201277, 25345138, 21993711 and 15076901.
Who it's for
LB7 owners who want a bolt-on intake upgrade.
