• Remanufactured cylinder heads with recut seats, new valves, and L5P top-hat valve stem seals

• Keyed crankshaft and camshaft for positive gear retention
• New bearings, thrust washers, lifters, valve springs, and freeze plugs
• In-house RMC ETS testing (cylinder compression and cooling-system integrity)

Fitment

2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6.6L LML Duramax only. Always verify VIN, engine code, and vehicle configuration with D&J before ordering.

Core, freight, and warranty

Core charge is $3,000 (D&J core terms apply). D&J lists continental U.S. flat-rate freight at $450 for long blocks (informational — final freight quoted at purchase). Warranty per D&J launch sheets: 24 months / 100,000 miles parts and 24 months labor; registration, install requirements, and exclusions apply.
