2014-2025 Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel Air Ride 2.5in Lift Leveling Commuter System

Why this system

The 2014-2025 Ram 2500 with factory rear air suspension sits nose-down and rides on small factory shocks. This Carli Commuter leveling system lifts the front 2.5in on linear-rate coils and raises the rear 1in with an airbag spacer so the truck sits level, then replaces all four shocks with Carli-SPEC 2.0in IFP shocks valved specifically for the air-ride truck. The factory air bags are not modified, so load leveling, the alternate trailer height and payload all work like stock.

Who it's for

Carli's air-ride Ram 2500 line comes in four shock tiers at two heights: Commuter (2.0 IFP), Backcountry (2.0 remote reservoir), Pathfinder (Carli-SPEC 2.5) and Pintop (King 2.5). This is the Commuter 2.5in system. Best for: daily drivers who stay on pavement and tow.

Carli's entry tier, tuned for the best on-road ride for the money. Mono-tube Carli-SPEC 2.0 shocks with anodized 6063 aluminum bodies, 5/8in hardened chrome shafts and billet rod ends; fully rebuildable.

• Carli Adjustable Track Bar (CS-DATB-1419): optional on the Commuter leveling kit.
• Carli Torsion Sway Bar (CS-DTSB3-1419): optional here; Carli calls it its best ride-quality upgrade for the money.
• Carli Extended Rear Track Bar Kit (CS-DATB-14-R-KIT): optional; cuts the rear axle's side-to-side shift. On the leveling systems Carli says it also needs the 1in rear bump stop drop (CS-DRBD-AL) and extended rear sway bar end links (CS-DEL-R-14).
• Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer (CS-DLMSS-14) and Carli High-Mount Steering Stabilizer (CS-DHMSS-19).
• Carli Radius Arm Drop Brackets (CS-DRAD-14), Carli fabricated radius arms, ball joints and front differential guard are also offered.

Fitment notes

• Fits only 2014-2025 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 6.7L Cummins diesel and factory rear air suspension. Carli lists these air-ride systems as diesel only.
• Not for coil-spring rear Ram 2500s, Ram 3500s, Power Wagons or gas trucks; Carli builds separate systems for those.
• Carli says the leveling systems cannot later be upgraded to its 3.25in systems, so pick your lift height up front.
• This Commuter base kit does not include a front adjustable track bar. Carli offers the Carli Adjustable Track Bar (CS-DATB-1419) as an add-on to re-center the front axle.
• No radius arm drops are included. Carli suggests using the factory cam bolts to add back a little caster after the lift; a slight coil bow is possible without drops. Carli Radius Arm Drop Brackets (CS-DRAD-14) are available separately.
• Carli recommends a low-mount steering stabilizer for any tire larger than stock.
