Factory exhaust manifold bolts on the Cummins are known for loosening and snapping after years of heat cycles, which leads to ticking leaks and broken hardware. Gator Fasteners replaces them with 12.9-grade alloy steel studs, rated over 185,000 PSI tensile, that clamp harder than stainless and torque to 40 ft-lbs. Washers and 12-point nuts are included.

Fitment

1994-2020 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins. Notes from Gator Fasteners: 1994-1998 5.9L 12V trucks need an aftermarket exhaust manifold for this kit, and 2003-2007 5.9L common-rail trucks need the factory heat shield removed.
