MPP Stage 1 6R140 transmission (no converter)

This is MPP’s Stage 1 rebuilt 6R140 for 2011-2019 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. MPP rates it up to 750 hp for heavy towing and street use. Each unit is torn down, inspected and ultrasonically cleaned before it is rebuilt.

Each build gets a new Ford pump, a new valve body matched to your VIN, new speed sensors, wiring harness, seal kit, cooler, pan, filter and gasket. Inside, the input shaft is TIG welded to the hub, and so are several drums. It also has a billet overdrive piston, more frictions and steels in each pack, reground pressure plates and MPP-set clutch clearances. Every unit is serial numbered.

Fitment notes

• Listed for: 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke.
• Before you drive, load the new valve body codes into the TCM (Ford IDS or FORScan) and reset the transmission learn.
• MPP recommends a 500-mile break-in and Motorcraft LV fluid or an equal. A new torque converter must go in with the transmission, and a new flex plate is a good idea.
• A core return applies, and the unit ships by freight.
