Dodge, Ford, Universal 60" Traction Bar Kit (RCLB, ECSB, CCSB)

Leaf-spring Ford and Ram HDs that make power or tow hard will twist the axle until U-joints, yokes, or housings fail. Wehrli’s universal 60" traction bar kit locks that down with RockJock Johnny Joints at the frame and a poly bushing at the axle — rebuildable, greaseable, and quieter than dual heims.

This kit (WCF100854): Regular Cab Long Bed, Extended Cab Short Bed, and Crew Cab Short Bed. Both axle and frame mounts weld on. Fits 1999–2010 Ford Super Duty and 1994–2024 Dodge/Ram HD trucks with leaf-spring rear suspension.

Fitment gates:

• Extended Cab Long Bed or Crew Cab Long Bed → WCF100855 (68")
• Rear block over 5" or ~6"+ total lift → typically WCF100855; measure axle-to-frame on a big lift
• 2011–2024 Ford F-250/F-350 (bolt-on axle mounts) → WCF100388 / WCF100399
• Not compatible with 2014–2024 Ram 2500 coil-spring / linked rear suspension
• Pre-2003 Cummins: rear brackets must be trimmed flat and welded to the OEM U-bolt brackets
• Duramax with U-bolts flipped up (lift) → this weld-on family instead of the bolt-on Duramax kits

Colors: WCFab Red, Gloss Black, Flat Black, and Gloss White commonly ship in a few business days; other powder colors have a longer lead. Idaho Falls customers can have us weld and install when bay time allows.
