Bolt an S300 into a third-gen 5.9L

This kit has the parts needed to run an S300-based turbo on a 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins using a second-gen style exhaust manifold (manifold and turbo sold separately).

Wehrli mounts the manifold pointing up, which keeps the downpipe simple: the short 4 in. downpipe meets the V-band on the factory exhaust pipe just like the stock turbo elbow did, so no cutting is needed.

What's included

• 4 in. shorty downpipe
• 4 in. intake with dry filter and pre-filter cover
• Oil feed fitting and oil drain line assembly
• 1/2 in. T4 spacer plate

• Silicone boots and T-bolt clamps; powder-coated finish

Fitment notes

• Fits 2004.5-2007 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins. Wehrli says it also fits 2003-2004 trucks updated to the 2004.5-and-later downpipe / front pipe.
• The kit includes welding a V-band flange onto the SXE compressor cover; a turbo not bought with the kit must be sent in for the flange.
• A turbo not bought with the kit needs an HX40-style exhaust housing outlet.
• Not compatible with Banks intercoolers; contact us if your truck has one.
• If the turbo and manifold are not bought with the kit, the brands must be given at order, and some may need to be sent in for the kit to be built.
• California: Wehrli does not ship this part to California.
