More rpm from the 12-valve
BD's high-rpm mechanical governor kit lets the 12-valve Cummins rev to 4,000 rpm (BD also offers 3,000 rpm), so you shift less and gain power at the top end.
These parts go inside the P7100, so this is not a home install. BD says the work must be done by a qualified pump technician; done wrong, it can cause damage, excess heat and smoke, or poor running.
