AirDog I FP-4G 100 GPH lift pump

AirDog makes this AirDog I FP-4G 100 GPH lift pump kit to fit 2004.5-2018 Dodge/RAM Cummins trucks. The AirDog FP-4G separates air and vapor from the fuel and routes it back to the tank, so the injection pump sees solid, bubble-free fuel.

It bolts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich-plate mount. Fuel comes out of the tank through a 1/2 in. draw straw, so the factory pump is bypassed. Pressurized fuel goes to the CP3 injection pump, skipping the factory filter housing. Air and vapor pulled out of the fuel return by way of a tee fitted in the filler neck.
