AirDog II-5G 220 GPH lift pump

AirDog makes this AirDog II-5G 220 GPH lift pump kit to fit 2004.5-2024 Dodge Cummins trucks. The AirDog II-5G pulls air and vapor out of the fuel before it reaches the engine, and sends that air back to the tank on its own return line.

It bolts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich-plate mount. Fuel comes out of the tank through a 5/8 in. draw straw. Pressurized fuel goes to the side of the injection pump, skipping the factory filter housing. Air and vapor pulled out of the fuel return by way of the fuel module’s stock suction port (the module gets modified for this).
