Description
A better turbo for the 7.3L
BD's Turbo Thruster II uses a custom 360-degree thrust bearing on a heavy-wall backplate for durability and lower heat, plus a 66 mm Ballistic Billet compressor wheel that holds up better at high shaft speed.
BD's heavy-duty wastegate caps maximum boost so it can't creep, and the 0.84 A/R turbine housing cuts exhaust temperature and smoke on acceleration without surging. BD says it outperforms the stock turbo and improves fuel economy, and it carries a CARB EO.
