Early 6.7L Power Strokes came with a small GT32 single sequential turbo (SST) that BD considers a weak point. The Screamer Stage 1 kit swaps it for a GT37-based Screamer turbo with up to 66 lb/min of airflow, while keeping low-end response.
BD ships the kit with everything needed to drop it in place of the factory turbo. BD says a tuner is required so no fault codes set, and names the Edge Evolution CS2 or CTS3.
Owners of early 6.7L Power Strokes whose stock turbo is worn or failed, or who want more airflow, at up to about 500 hp. For more than 500 hp BD points to the Stage 2 kit (1045825).
