A turbo and an exhaust brake in one
The Howler kit puts a modern variable-geometry turbo on the common-rail 5.9L Cummins. Besides better drivability, the VGT doubles as an exhaust brake: BD rates it at up to 65 psi of backpressure across a wide rpm range, which BD compares to butterfly-valve brakes.
The kit is complete: turbo, BD exhaust manifold, a plug-and-play controller kit and the fittings needed for installation.
