5.9L Cummins Stage 2 Performance CR Pump and Injectors Package Dodge 2003-2004 BD Diesel

This BD package pairs a performance CP3 injection pump with a matched set of Stage 2 common-rail injectors for the 5.9L Cummins. Both look stock under the hood.

BD's CP3 uses a 12 mm stroke camshaft and modified plungers to flow up to 5.25 LPM, against 3.05 LPM for the stock pump. BD also upgrades the shaft material and heat treatment, which it says gives 9× the fracture toughness.

The injectors are exchange units built on OE nozzles that are extrude honed for more flow and better atomization, then assembled to OE procedures and flow-tested. BD says the result is more power, better combustion and lower EGTs.
