BD parts for your own rebuild
Build-It kits are for experienced transmission builders who want the parts BD puts in its own performance transmissions. Each kit covers the standard rebuild parts and gaskets; Stage 4 is the top level, close to everything BD uses in its own rebuilds.
This package adds a BD multi-disc torque converter. BD machines the billet cover in-house to resist warping and keep balance, keeps factory height while adding strength, and uses a stronger clutch piston and damper plus self-centering trapezoid clutch teeth for longer converter life.
