Exhaust Manifold 2019-2024 Ram 3500/4500/5500 Cab and Chassis 6.7L Cummins BD Diesel

A manifold that won't crack

Long one-piece cast manifolds on inline-six Cummins engines are known to crack. BD's uses a thick-wall casting and a slip-joint center section so it can grow and shrink with heat without cracking.

Its divided pulse design uses the engine's exhaust pulses to help spool and drive the turbo, and a pre-drilled EGT port makes adding a gauge easy. It is a direct stock replacement that stays fully EGR compatible, and it comes with the turbo and EGR studs.

Who it's for

Owners of 2019-2024 Ram 3500/4500/5500 cab-and-chassis trucks with a cracked manifold, or who want to head one off.
